It is beginning of December and it is summer in full swing in South Africa. The Christmas holidays are pretty here. And what does it means for us? Sun and See! Of course I needed a new biking for my new biking ready body.
By the way one of our babies – Angelina, decider that she also want to be part of fun. What can I say, she is much better model then me. Just check my Instagram account oxygemw.
I was obsessing lately over black and white marble effect. This swimsuit has the closest print I could find to it. At first, I wasn’t keen on it. The top is covering too much skin, the bottom is too tiny. But I had to try it anyway because of the print. To my surprise, it looked much better on me then I anticipated. I thought that I will need to alter the top, but I love it just the way it is!
In fact I loved it so much, I had to grab my favorite Chanel shades and jump in the pool to take some photos. I must tell you absolutely honestly, I do not like to pose for camera. Perhaps that’s why my face looks so tense on every shot, I am working on it. But if something needs to be done, I will do it. I will move the mountains in name of fashion. So I had to pose.
In some photos you will be able to spot the remote control for the camera or plastic I had to put it in, to protect it from getting wet. I apologise for it.
Of course the new body made my life much easier to. I didn’t need to do any Photoshop fixes. And I don’t want to, it feels like cheating. I still have long way to go. But trust me, after four months of working out I feel like new person . Nothing beats proper training routine. You absolutely have to sacrifice a lot and work hard, but result undoubtedly worth it! I did write couple of post about it in my Lifestyle/Fitness section – Prepping for Summer. Part 1 and Prepping for Summer. Part 2 . And more posts are coming.
I did decider to go for Black and White photography. It is just so much more dramatic. And highlights the swimsuit perfectly. To add even more drama I dit tweaked the photos in Adobe Lightroom. Love it! And believe me majority if not all of the professional photographers tweak they shots in photo editing software of some sorts. I hope you like the pictures, but it is for you to judge the result. And if you have any questions or suggestions, live me a comment and I will gladly address them.
